Account Information

If you create an account, we collect:

Health Queries - Anonymous Model

Your health-related queries and educational searches remain completely anonymous:

  • Not linked to your account
  • No health information retained between sessions
  • No longitudinal health records maintained
  • Processed only during your active session

During your session, we may collect minimal technical information solely to provide the service:

Account Data: Retained until you delete your account through the Product interface

Health Query Data:

  • All session data is automatically deleted when you close the Product
  • No health information is stored between visits
  • Health queries are not linked to accounts

We do not sell, rent, or share user information. The only data processing occurs:

  • During your active session to display educational content
  • Through our Medical Advisory Board's review of aggregated, de-identified usage patterns to improve educational content quality

5. Enhanced Features

We may introduce features allowing you to save, track, or associate your educational searches with your account. Any such features will be optional and based on your consent.

6. Third-Party Services

The Product may contain citations and references to external medical literature sources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these external sites.

  • Automatic session termination

Health query data requires no action as it is automatically deleted after each session.
